Are you nervous about introducing your baby to water? Not sure when to start? Many parents assume they can't introduce their baby to water until they are at least six months old. In fact all babies have a natural affinity to water and can play and exercise in water safely and with confidence from birth. Waterbabies is a unique instructional DVD which shows you how.

Waterbabies was devised by Lauren Heston, who has been running the highly-successful Little Dippers program across Britain for fifteen years. The DVD was produced by the makers of BAFTA-Award winning BBC series The Human Body.

The Waterbabies DVD provides a series of carefully-designed exercises aimed at developing safety skills, increasing fitness and having fun. Throughout the DVD, careful emphasis is placed on safety, revision and steady progression from one exercise to the next. Starting with simple and enjoyable exercises in the bath, the program takes you and your baby through a gradual development of skills until you and your baby can feel confident and safe in water.

The extra features on the DVD include a ‘Making Of' film, an extended interview section with Lauren Heston and a picture gallery of images from the film.
