Terms & Conditions of Sale
Delivery
Standard delivery takes up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered. Express delivery is available on select products and deliveries usually take 1-2 working days to be delivered. Please note that if your order contains both Express and Standard delivery only items, then we will despatch the Standard items separately and the Standard delivery items could take up to 7 working days to arrive. We cannot specify an exact time of day for your delivery and cannot be held responsible for third party delays in transit. Some of our items are despatched directly from the manufacturers so if you order two or more items, each item may be delivered separately. We will advise you of the despatch time and method once your order is on its way to you. Please make sure you are available to take delivery of your order as redeliveries may incur extra charge. Express delivery orders placed before midday Monday – Thursday will be despatched that day for next working day delivery. If you place your order after midday Monday – Thursday then your order will be delivered two working days later. Express orders placed before midday Friday will be delivered on the following Monday except for Public Holidays. Express orders placed after midday Fridays or on a Saturday, Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday for delivery Tuesday. A signature will always be required for Express delivery items so you may wish to specify an alternative delivery address or workplace.
Most Standard delivery orders are sent by 1st Class post although a few heavy or bulky items are sent by courier. We reserve the right to send your order out by the best service possible. We normally describe the delivery method used for an item on the product information page. If you are unavailable to accept delivery of your order then a card will be left for you by your local Royal Mail sorting office or courier depot and you will need to collect your order or call and rearrange your delivery. Please collect your item or call promptly to rearrange delivery as items will only be held for a short time before being returned to us and you may incur a second postage charge if we need to resend your order.
Personalised items
Personalised items usually take longer to produce and despatch. These items are mainly despatched directly from our suppliers to speed delivery. We agree to use reasonable skill and care when personalising items. In the case of some ceramic and engraved items, the positioning of personal messages and details will be at the discretion of the producer. We cannot accept liability for incorrectly personalised items if your instructions were not reasonably clear. If you ask us to alter your personalisation after the order has been received we will make every effort to do so but this cannot be guaranteed as it depends how far the order has progressed. Sometimes this may result in an increased cost which we will advise you of before going ahead with any changes in the personalisation.
Overseas Orders
We can ship a few of our items overseas but you should contact us first for an accurate shipping quote and delivery time guidance as charges and delivery times vary according to destination. All prices on our website are in GB Pounds sterling and any orders made for overseas delivery will be charged in GB Pounds sterling.
Returns Information
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If not, you can return your order to us for a full refund or exchange within 7 working days beginning the day after the day on which the goods were received. We kindly request that you take reasonable care of the item and return all original packaging.
The only exceptions to the right to cancel are:
• Audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken
• Goods made to the customer’s specification such as personalised goods which cannot be returned unless a mistake has been made by us.
If you wish to return your item please contact us by email first and we will advise you of the address to return the item to.
A full refund to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase will be processed once we have checked the return and refunds may take up to 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.
When returning goods to us we recommend obtaining proof of posting from the Post Office. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that go missing in the post. Please note the cost of returning the goods to us will need to be covered by you unless the items are faulty.
If in the unlikely event that you have received a damaged or defective item please contact us and we will provide instructions for returning the product and arrange a full refund or exchange.
Please note this does not affect your statutory rights.
VAT
Prices include VAT at rates applicable on 1 January 2010.
The details listed above are the Terms and Conditions applied to Baby Experiences vouchers. Your statutory rights are not affected.
In these terms and conditions, "Baby Experiences" means a division of Ivybridge Limited.
Experience Vouchers
Availability of Experiences
All experiences are offered subject to availability. Experience Voucher holders must follow the detailed booking and redemption instructions issued by Ivybridge Limited (t/a Baby Experiences) with each voucher. Advanced booking is usually required.
Locations and Experiences
All locations and experiences offered are correct at the time of voucher purchase but may occasionally change or be withdrawn for reasons beyond our control. It is your responsibility to follow the detailed instructions included on the voucher.
Experience Descriptions
The stated description of the experience is a guide only and may differ slightly from venue to venue. All photographs and descriptions used in Ivybridge Limited (t/a Baby Experiences) promotional material are only intended to give a general idea of each experience. Our network of suppliers is amongst the best in the UK but occasionally we may need to withdraw a featured venue.
Centres
Ivybridge Limited (t/a Baby Experiences) acts as an agent for the participating experience suppliers and accepts no liability whatsoever arising from activities conducted by them. Ivybridge Limited (t/a Baby Experiences) has agreements with its suppliers regarding their standard of performance and suppliers are registered with their relevant controlling or regulatory bodies. We have not however undertaken a detailed examination of all their equipment, facilities, venues or systems. Once a booking has been made with an experience supplier the voucher holder is bound by the terms and conditions of that supplier.
Restrictions
Details of any restrictions applied to each experience are listed on our website at www.babyexperiences.co.uk. Please read these carefully and if you are in any doubt as to the suitability of a participant please telephone our Customer Services Team for more details within 7 days of receipt of your voucher.
Vouchers
Baby Experiences will not be liable in the event of the gift or experience voucher(s) being lost, damaged or stolen. The voucher is invalid if altered or tampered with. Original vouchers must be returned to Ivybridge Limited (t/a Baby Experiences) before any exchanges, refunds or extensions can be made. Any Experience Voucher can be exchanged once only, before the expiry date, for a different experience or into a different name, for an administration fee of £5 and upon payment of any difference in the case of a higher cost experience. For lower cost experiences the balance will be held on your account by Ivybridge Limited (t/a Baby Experiences) for one year. Exchanged vouchers cannot be refunded. The voucher sent to you will clearly show the validity date. All one-off experiences are valid for one year from date of issue but may be extended subject to the discretion of the management of Ivybridge Limited (t/a Baby Experiences). We are happy to make refunds on unbooked experiences provided that you return the voucher unused within 7 working days beginning the day after the day on which the voucher was received. No refunds can be given on expired or extended experience vouchers. Refunds can only be made to the person who originally purchased the voucher and if payment was originally made by debit or credit card the refund will be processed back to the same card. No refunds can be given once an experience booking has been made.

Ivybridge Limited (t/a Baby Experiences) has carefully chosen its suppliers and wants you to be 100% satisfied. We welcome feedback. If you have a problem during your experience please bring it to the attention of the management of the location on the day, so that they have the opportunity to put it right. If resolution on the day has been attempted but has not been achieved, please inform us in writing with full details of the date, time, location, and participant's name and we will take up the matter with the supplier. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction within 15 working days, we will refund you in full.
Cancellation
If your experience is cancelled by the supplier because of circumstances beyond their control, they will arrange another session for you at a mutually agreed time. If you cancel the experience at short notice you may be liable for cancellation charges and/or lose your booking altogether, depending on the circumstances and subject to the discretion of the management of Ivybridge Limited (t/a Baby Experiences).
Liability Cover
All Ivybridge Limited (t/a Baby Experiences) suppliers contract with us to indemnify Ivybridge Limited (t/a Baby Experiences) participants against damage to equipment they use, and against liabilities to third parties, subject to limits and compliance with their rules and terms and conditions, which may vary between suppliers.
