It is not always possible to answer your call but we aim to return all calls same business day.
Delivery We aim to despatch all orders within 1-3 working days but recommend that you allow up to 7 working days to receive your order. Some items are available on Express delivery which takes 1-2 days. Some personalised items take longer to despatch – please refer to the product description for guidance.
Most items are despatched directly from the manufacturers so if you order two or more items, each item may be delivered separately. We usually send your order via Royal Mail. A few products are despatched via Special, Recorded or courier delivery and require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to take delivery of your order as redeliveries may incur extra charge.

You can order any products from our web site and checkout online. Payment processing is secured by Protx. You can check that you are in a secure area of the site before entering your card details by looking at the start of the address in your web browser which will change from http: to https:
We appreciate some people prefer to order by post or phone and we do not charge a premium for this service. Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to Baby Experiences Ltd.
As an online business that is environmentally conscious, we issue the sales receipt for your goods via email.
International Orders
The delivery costs quoted on our web site are for delivery to UK mainland addresses only. We are able to ship certain items overseas. Please contact us for information on delivery times and costs. Please remember to state which item(s) you’re interested in.
Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your order to us for a full refund or exchange within 7 working days beginning the day after the day on which the goods were received. We kindly request that you take reasonable care of the item and return all original packaging. The only exceptions to the right to cancel are: • Audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken • Goods made to the customer’s specification such as personalised goods which cannot be returned unless a mistake has been made by us.
If you wish to return your item please contact us by email first and we will advise you where to return the product.
We will refund the credit/debit card used to make the purchase once we have received the return. Please note refunds take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.
When returning goods to us we recommend obtaining proof of posting from the Post Office. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that go missing in the post. Please note the cost of returning the goods to us will need to be covered by you unless the items are faulty.
If in the unlikely event that you have received a damaged or defective item please contact us and we will provide instructions for returning the product and arrange a full refund or exchange.
